I have just received my keyboard, I thought it came with a stand as stated in the title of the product?

It came with a MUSIC stand (just for books/sheets etc), not a keyboard stand. Maybe punctuation on advert not so good.

Can you turn the volume down? So you can practice quietly?

I dont know why others can't but i just put headphones in or earphones. There is no noise from the keyboard speakers doing this. It's all in the headphones so I don't know why people are saying otherwise.Maybe a fault that has been fixed? Also without headphones/earphones it DOES turn right down as somebody stated.

Can you plug in headphones so we dont hear the noise? What kind of head phones are needed for this? Is it the small plug ones like the ones used on phones?

Yes, you can plug in headphones. Any headphones with a small plug like the ones used on phones should work.

Can it be played by adults or is it only for children?

It could be used by an adult, however it is designed primarily for absolute beginner children.

Does it have a touch function to soften the pitch of a note?

No it doesn't. Mine had to be sent back after 2 weeks as it just stopped working.

Difference between rj361 vs 2022 61 Keyboard Piano?

To be honest, ive just googled this.. the rj 361 is 59-99 pounds ... 61 keys 2202-62...54-67 pounds.. basically the same.

Does it require an amp and is it touch sensitive?

This is a self-contained keyboard, does not require an external amplifier. Keys are touch sensitive.

I have the rockjam 61 keys. I have put the stickers on the piano, and took them off and put them back on the sheet. Can i still return the piano.

I think you will need to contact the seller, if you need to return it as faulty it shouldn't make a difference. If it's because you have changed your mind the seller will tell you.
