They work well with flat tappet 454 BBC engines and aluminum heads. However, they may not be suitable for moderate/wild/forced induction/power adder applications. Customers have reported that the pushrods appear identical, straight, and clean but they are not one-piece and hardened. Some customers received incorrect pushrods or pushrods that were bent or used. Therefore, it is important to double-check their diameter and length before purchasing them. Additionally, the appropriate push rod guide plates need to be purchased as these pushrods will not work with stock 5/16" guideplates.
