This open layout allows you to comfortably seat up to 67 guests for a formal dinner or host up to 160 people for a lively cocktail party without any awkward poles getting in the way. Durability is at the heart of this event tent. The frame is constructed from 1.5-inch diameter galvanized steel, paired with heavy-duty zinc-plated fittings to resist rust and corrosion over time. The canopy top is made from high-quality, translucent PVC vinyl that is 100% waterproof and resistant to flame and UV light. To ensure maximum weather protection, the seams are 1-inch heat-sealed overlaps, preventing leaks even during unexpected rain showers. Maintenance and customization are simple with the Weekender series. Every kit comes complete with a full set of galvanized steel pipes, fittings, ground stakes, and storage bags for convenient transport. This is more than just a temporary shelter; it is a versatile event system designed to provide a safe, dry, and shaded environment for your most important celebrations.SAFETY PRECAUTIONS: Weather can be unpredictable, the installer/end use must incorporate their own judgment, common sense, and knowledge of local weather conditions in cooperation with our tent installation instruction guides. The installer is responsible for anticipating weather severity for proper setup time and installation. We do not recommend leaving our event tents set up in windy or adverse weather conditions. Do not allow water or snow to pond or pool on your tent top, as this weight can destroy the tent fabric, cause poles/base plates to sink into the ground, reduce the holding power of the stakes, or collapse the tent. Heavy winds can loosen the tension on ropes, ratchet straps, stakes or cause poles to shift or sink. Routine maintenance checks are required to maintain proper tension at all times. In the event of lightning, evacuate the tent immediately until the chance of lighting is no longer present. Event tents are not designed to carry ANY type of load from snow accumulation. These products should not be used if snow is present or they should be taken down if snow is expected for the area.
