The Sarah Jane Adventures is an excellent TV series for all ages that features engaging storylines that are despite being aimed at children, not simplistic. The third season of the show continues the adventures of Sarah Jane and her teenage companions as they protect the earth from aliens and despots. The majority of the episodes are fascinating, although Mona Lisa's Revenge was an exception, being both boring and contradicting a Doctor Who episode. Some of the standout episodes of the season include The Wedding of Sarah Jane Smith, Prisoner of the Judoon, and The Gift. The appearance of David Tennant as the Doctor is brilliant. The DVD format is difficult to find in North America, so finding this complete season set would be a great find for its entertainment value.
