The Point Source Audio CM-i3-4F Dual In Ear Intercom Headset Microphone is a good investment if wearing a headset is a big part of your day. They are light, comfy, and also compatible with masks. The mic quality is decent, the cord is perfect, and the protective case is great for carrying around. You can quickly switch from one ear to another. They have a few Cons worth noting, though. The earbuds are not great, as the plastic shell tends to split during routine use. The sound isolation is almost non-existent, so third party in-ears would work better. The mic windscreen is not attached in any way. The ear mount is heavy and too rigid with flimsy wires. There is no quick disconnect, meaning every time you step away from your station, you need to remove and put the headset back on. The carrying case is bulky, taking up half the space in your carry-on. Some customers have reported that the plastic earpieces dig into the ears leaving marks, and the headset hurts their head. Other customers have reported that the cables that run inside the frame work their way out of the frame and also split apart. Despite these Cons, the product is worth the investment if it's something you intend to use often.
