The Washburn Bella Tono 6 String Acoustic-Electric Guitar has a good size, arm relief and sound, but some customers have experienced issues with the nut and frets. One customer had to have a fret leveling, nut cut and saddle to make it playable but thinks it will be a joy to play once fixed. Another customer received their guitar in excellent condition and set up nicely but had to adjust the truss rod to lower the high action. However, one customer received a guitar with an unbelievably warped neck and had to spend hours adjusting the truss rod. Overall, the guitar has beautiful visuals and tone and has a smooth and fairly fast neck, but some quality control issues need to be addressed.
