Answer: They are available at ninestarsusa.com. This is Model DZT-80-4. The replacement lid is Lid-4. -

Do you have to use the Nine Star trash bags? Or will normal trash bags work too?
Answer: You can certainly use other bags with this product as long as you get the appropriate size bag. A normal bag will fit for the most part exactly the same. -

Can this use an electric AC adapter?
Answer: There is no receptacle for an electric AC adapter. -

Can you manually open this trash can?
Answer: Yes, you can use the lid manually if needed. You can power it off and lift the lid by hand. We do, however, suggest not doing this too much as you can cause breakage to the lid. -

Hi, the gear that opens and closes the lid stripped out. Are there replacement parts we can purchase?
